This blog seems to be for me to keep records of customer experiences I’ve had and wish to publicise. Why? Good question. I believe that nobody should suffer a bad customer experience, ever. Acceptance of such means that the perpetrants have “got away with it”. Don’t let them! If you complain or document your experience then maybe things will change and then everybody benefits.
